Greg Conrad

A little about me

After attending the Berklee College of Music (that's the one in Boston), I spent the first 13 years of my professional life as a film composer. I loved it and still do but the industry was in decline so, in early 2016 I decided to make a career change to web developer. I had been working with computers almost my entire life but had no coding experience.

I began using online resources and taking college courses in web dev and earned my associates degree in web technologies in late 2017. My creative background has served me well in this new career. I enjoy the creative problem solving involved in developing websites as well as thrill of getting to the create cool stuff that people use everyday.

All work and no play

In the 3+ years since my career change to web development I have been fortunate to work with some very talented people and some great clients. I am passionate about creating solutions that serve the end-user and that clients can take pride in. I am excited about moving towards more advanced front end work with JS frameworks, notably React and Vue.
